If we end up doing the Dave & Busters plan, anyway of making it later in the day? Three reasons..............Weather should be more clear in the afternoon according to the crack staff at 9News, I hate eating lunch at 10am and it gives the Springs peeps more time so they don't have to leave so early to come up.

Anyone else agree or am I just a big whiner?

Sounds good to me. If it clears up later in the day, here's the 4th reason to do it later in the day:
- Our cars don't get dirty.

Sorry. I already posted something really dry to compensate.
Ouch ouch, would you guys stop beating me up??? I'll do a sun dance at noon today to worship the sun god to come out on Saturday. Any virgin here like to volunteer to be sacrificed?
And I promise no more weather post from me, ever, again.

Just a question, I dont want to be in the wrong place. Are we doing plan A, B or 12:00 at D&B?

9news now says (as of 11:45 am):

Saturday: Light snow for most of northeastern Colorado. We could even be talking an inch or two for the metro area by late afternoon. Fair for the mountains with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the low 50s. Lows Saturday night will be in the mid 20s with the light snow ending just before sunrise Sunday.

it seems like the bad weather may be getting pushed back. I like the idea of "fair for the mountains"

Ahem...it is going to snow in the metro area, then I guess D&B won't fly either.

What a freakin' downer...

LOL! It isn't snow I care that much about (no snow tires here by the way), it is the salt they will invariably sprinkle if it starts snowing. My Z has been stored since December; I'm not about to "make up" for all that salt-protection in one fell swoop on its first day out!

I was under the impression that CO didnt use salt on the roads, just gravel (read: boulders)?

Correct, but they do use A SALT, Colorado does not use NaCl (salt) they use MgCl (magnesium chloride) (a a salt, but not "salt") which does not cause rust issues like NaCl does. It will leave a light brown coat on your car but will not damage it.
