God I love my job! We got note that Denver was chasing a vehicle south heading our way. Vehicle might have long guns. Dispatch aired that Denver is now shooting BACK!!!

My partner and I roar toward 285 and Santa Fe. I see a wall of Denver cars (taking up all three lanes and a shoulder) going south on Santa Fe. My partner sets up stopsticks while I place my vehicle in a position to protect him. Too late, suspect speeds by.

I jumped in the convoy of police cars and somehow become one of the lead vehicles traveling about 120mph. Traffic was very heavy and we have to slow down to avoid killing ppl diving to the right to avoid the beehive of cops flying down their tailpipes. Suspects jumps onto opposite side and goes south on the Northbound lanes!!!! I was ready for a mass collision but suspects makes a sharp turns and exit. We lose him cause we can't make u-turn due to center concrete barrier.

finds him in house later and he gets surrounded with SWAT on his heels. anywone want to come for a ride-along?

I will do a ride along sometime this summer with you, Phu. If nothing this exciting happens, at least for the enjoyment of being on the "correct" side of a traffic stop and the joy gained in watching someone freak out at sight of the light rack in their rearview mirror.

yeah, we lost him cause AirOne was not up. He was wanted on numerous warrants for armed robbery. Denver fugitive unit was tracking him and finally pin him at a traffic stop. When they approach, he shot at them and the chase was on. My mission this week is to find the a-hole.

I'm glad that Officer Phu has the necessary training to be driving at 120 MPH! Too bad he wasn't in a Z- I know he would have caught the scumbag (Oh- that's right, his Z would need to bulletproof as well)!
