I have bought a dealer take out transmission from this car,

it was taken out at around 1500 miles..

I really need to know why this was taken out, the dealership says its from "noise" i need to know if it grinds at all before installing it at the end of the week..

I don't see a dealer taking out a transmission for your routine noise problems. I think his defination of "noise" means the sounds it makes when the gears grinds.

My personal advice is that this sounds like a shaddy deal by the dealer. If you are going to buy the transmission, ask him flat out if the tranmission was grinding. If not, then write up a quick contract stating that if it grinds or have a history of grinding, you can get your money back or a new one.
