Hi Everyone,

I thought I would introduce myself. I just picked up a 07 z about a month ago. I started to use this board about almost as soon as I got my Z. Of course, was mostly online searching for mods and building my knowledge for this great car. Now that I am settling in, I thought I would give a shout out to the members in my area. I am on the Western Slope of Colorado in Grand Junction.

My Z is currently my daily driver. Though that will change when snow comes out. Then I will either drive my 91 Jag or my AE86. I spent lots of $$ a couple years back on it, but since bringing my hachi back from CA, I have been wanting to remove all my mods and start from scratch. Of course, now I have my Z, so let the spending begin.

Anyway, this board seems to be best online community for Z enthusiasts. I look forward the days to come!

Nice to see someone from the Western Slope on these boards! You've got some great roads to drive over there with the Z. Personally, I love driving over the Grand Mesa and think you're really going to enjoy yourself.

What color and model Z are you driving? Do you see many other Zs over there?

As for the car's trim it's a '07 Touring Z. Pikes Peak White with Frost Leather Interior. Currently, I only have my tint and clear bra installed. I have lots of plans for this Z. :-D

And yeah, there are a couple of Z owners here on the western slope. I know of 1 other but have seen a couple here. The roads here are great for cruising, drive because I can. :-D I do miss SoCal and Denver. Unfortunately, there aren't really any tracks here to track the car. I am going to have to depend on events in Denver.

But thanks everyone. I love my new car. I was actually planning on purchasing a used 06' enthusiast... But when I saw the hump on the hood and learned about the improvements of the 07, I couldn't resist it. And the only way I would purchase a PPW Touring was if it happened to have Frost Leather, and so the dealer had the combination I wanted. :-D

I do have a lot of plans for this vehicle. The first of course is just a couple of JDM items (Emblem, Reflectors, Tail Lights). Then I will probably rip out my BOSE Stereo and put in an Alpine. If I don't go the stereo route, I will go with suspension/wheels. I was thinking some TEIN Monoflex and some Volks, either TE37 (Bronze or Gold) or RE30s. Of course, I was thinking of some bolts on upgrades as well. PRobably the stillen intake, maybe some hi flow cats (not sure of brand yet) and some HKS Hiper Cat backs. Since it's an '07, there still aren't that many things I can do engine wise. Well, I think that's it, but this board has really help me do some research.

Nice! Yeah, it will look like that. I am going to try to make the September drive. I may end up driving up the night before. But we will see how things go. By then I should have the taillights and reflectors on there. I do have a Fairlady Z emblem on there, but it's the crappy replica. In fact, it started fading after only a week on my car. (The weather here has been averaging 95-103 F here.). So I have an actual JDM one on order from one of the sponsors here. But hopefully, I will have either a new stereo, suspension, or wheels before then.
