Default 350Z Motorsports ripoff or what???

I ordered a AutoTecknic Aluminum Tow Hook from them on the 13th of this month. Paypal went through to them but I never got a email from them saying that they got the order, I have tried calling them and all I ever get is voicemail (I left lots of messages to call me back) and I have emailed them and each email has come back undeliverable. Has anyone else ordered from them? Am I the only one having problems with ordering from them? 350Z Motorsports is at 205 South Clark Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85281 480-829-4908 if any one lives around this area could you stop in and find out what the problem is. I would have ordered through a vendor on this forum but 350Z Motorsports is the only place I could find it. How long should I wait before I go through Paypal to get my money back? Years of ordering stuff online and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. Does anyone know of anyplace else I can order this tow hook?? Thanks

Normally this amount of time wouldnt bother me but when every phone call goes to voicemail no matter of the time or the day (an no one calls me back) and when I send them email asking about my order and the email comes back to me as undeliverable it gets me very worried. Like I stated before, in all the years of ordering stuff online I have never had any problems before. BTW, the voicemail does not even say the company name it just says to leave a message and there is no reason that the contact email address on the site should come back to me as undeliverable. The email that Paypal sent the money to is different then the contact email on the site and that email went through with out problems. It just smells like a ripoff.

Yep thats ******** RandyK1 get Paypal to get ur money back. I ran into this **** before with Provideosound.com I got the run around and was told its on back order its 3 months now Visa said they cant help me get my money back I didn't use paypal this time around so my loss of $45 bucks.

I just ordered test pipes from Importpartspro.com Nov. 16th followed by a email from paypal then 5 emails from importpartspro.com with tracking # if I don't get a tracking # or a email from the vendor it becomes fishy. Importpartspro.com has great service they told me that my test pipes are coming directly from Berk. I should have my stuff Nov. 23rd shipped by UPS.

These companies have zero respect for customers! I ordered a Stillen service cover from ultimatez, com. First they tell me they have it and will send it out. Then almost 2 weeks later I call them up because they never returned my emails to tell me it just shipped but could not locate a tracking #! Then 2 weeks later I call back for them to tell me they dont know what happened and they will have one shipped directly from Stillen. Then I had to call back a week later only to find out they still hadnt shipped it out. Finally after almost 2 months I received it. I get sick of people trying to defend these companies and that they are just so busy. HIRE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! No customer service, I wish these companies would just go out of business and better companies take thier place in a few years!

Update: The owner of 350Z motorsports called my cell phone today and said that he had been having problems with Paypal and that he would refund my money. He said for some reason that Paypal had frozen his account and the only thing he could do with it was refund peoples money. He also said that his shop phone was not working right so he never got any messages, I told him that his site email was not working ether and he said that he didnt know that and would get it fixed. Also, he said because of my problems that he would send my a tow hook for free when he gets some in (we will see if that happens or not). I just checked Paypal and my money was refunded. Maybe it was just a bunch of mistakes, I dont know but I did get my money back. Thanks 350Z Motorsports

Sometimes things are not as they seem. Its a newer shop out here but run by 350Z/G35 enthusiasts with a strong community of customers. I was in almost an exact situation "as they were" about 7 years ago when I had an online ebay gold jewelry biz, because some person didnt get their package delivered, and we had proof of delivery for that shipment, ebay/paypal froze my account, and about 7-10 other orders went berzerk too.

For anyone doing business, dont use paypal unless you are the buyer. Sellers get stuck at times in real bad situations with paypal. From that point on I only accepted cash or USPS money orders which killed sales for me and eventually closed online shop for that reason.

Glad to hear you got the money back. Some people dont even get that. AECarbon Products (a local company) screwed me out of a bunch of money taking my parts and not producing finished products last year. I wrote the BBB and AE Carbon didnt even respond to Better Business Bureau.

Don't take any of his excuses, Don't ANYONE buy from this guy. We need to institute a Hall of Shame on this site for people like this. I ordered parts a week ago, wish I'd used Paypal, but used a CC. I'm hoping I can get my money back. I know it's a short time, but guess what? I've left messages repeatedly, none returned. I've tried to send emails, all returned by the mail server as undeliverable. I tried to join his club site, az350z.com as another way to reach him, and the moderator (same guy) won't approve my application. All the same issues others have experienced, apparently there is fake surprise and promises to fix the issues. It is now clear, this is how business is done by 350Zmotorsports.com.

Another update, I found his profile here, and shockingly enough, his mailbox is too full to accept any PM.
