Default Dyno day in AZ ...

Hey all im trying to get some feedback on doing a dyno day at Dyno-Comp in North Scottsdale. I spoke with Richard the owner and he would like to do a G35/350Z dyno day. I think it would be fun to get some dyno's done on some modded cars and some stock for comparison. If any of you would be interested let me know. I would like to do something before it starts getting hot. If you would like more info on Richards shop visit Dyno-Comp.com. If you are in the market for someone to do work on your car he is great. Hes the only guy in town I would trust to work on my car.

Tell him Roman refered you if you inquire about work you would like done.

That would be cool. I have been there as well and I really liked those guys. Can they install sway bars? What have they installed on your car? I have two bad knees right now and it is hard for me to get under the car but I want a different front sway bar for AutoX.

Thanks!

Default Dyno day

Richard did my car @ about 12,000 miles and I now am at 50,000 miles so it might be interesting to see what has happened over all the miles! Lemme' know when. Regards, Jim (and Marilyn!)

Default It is not a DynoJet shop...

They have a four wheel dyno. If I remember correctly, they did JimH's car (Marilyn) and the dyno showed some anemic results. After all a dyno is all about braggin', the bigger the number the better it makes you feel. I would be quite surprised if any of the Z cars showed dyno results over 245 rwhp on a four wheel dyno.

However, that said. Richard does have a good shop and has done some installation work for me. I am taking delivery on a set of Tanabe springs, and plan to have Richard install them for me.
