I plan on tracking on Saturday only, so I will be heading out there early in the AM. Is anyone down to roll with me? I would also be down to split a room with someone if they already have one and head down on Friday evening.

Default Stock brakes at Button?

I'm planning to attend the event on the 27th.
However, I'm running stock brakes on the roadster, is it going to be an issue?

Is it your first event? If so, they should be okay. Just upgrade at least the fluid and hopefully the pads, and if you want, hit me up and I can send you some front stainless steel brake lines for free, as I upgraded to the Stoptech kit.

I tracked the car few time at the Streets of Willow Springs.
I'm running brand new HPS pads, so I should be OK.
If you don't know what to do with those stainless steel lines, I'll definetlly use them...

Unforutnately, I'm going to have to bail on this one guys...
I know, I know...I'm the one that started the thread. Something pretty serious happened this week though...I bought a house! I'm going out of town this morning until next Wednesday. That means when I get back I'm going to be busy with many, many details like home inspections, financing, etc. So, unfortunately, I'm going to need that weekend to get my Sh#t together.

I'm sorry guys, but this is a really big deal to me. I'm a nervous wreck over the whole thing. It's my first home, so I'm a little worried about everything that needs to be done. Anyway, thanks for understanding. I'll catch up with you guys out at one of the future events in March or April.

I guess I can wait a bit longer before I hit the tracks, I was going to take a ride along with J Ritt.

At least I delay a helmet cost for a bit.

Congrats on the house, but boo to you for starting the thread Hey my friend is working with you I believe. He has the White escalade from extreme Dimensions and told me that you are making him a 16.5" rotor with 8 piston calipers? WOW!

The weather forecast is not looking good for the Sunday event at Button....don't really want to drive in the rain, especially with the roadster!

Today was bad azz! I am so surprised that I was able to hang or beat most of the cars out there (911 T, 03-04 Cobra, etc) that were in Yellow and White with my 19's on street tires stretched! The M3 was hard to catch in the straights and that blue evo was just something else. We need to see more Z's out there. We are considered pansies out there since our showing is next to nill Today was my first day and man the long trip was well worth it.

Good stuff! I'm glad you had fun. I won't say I told you so...well, yes I will...I told you so!!! Going to the track in your car is about as much fun as you can have with it. Nothing else really comes close.
