With 30 Zs, this will def be a cruise. Also, like I have said in one of my previous posts, this hwy is heavily patrolled w/ zero tolerance for speeding, double-yellow passing, blah...

 

I would really like to go, but the Z will be at a Tweeter Electronics show in Chula Vista that day (representing Clarion). Oh well, maybe the cruise to Santa Barbara...

Angeles Crest is one of two highways in So. Cal. that has a zero tolorance. Cops can cite you for going 1 mph on that stretch of road.

sho i was thinking of buying one what would you recommend?

 

Motorola Talkabout is what we have. All you need is the basic 2 mile one. They usually sell them as a set of two. Some ppl have ones with subchannels but I have ones w/o. You can pretty much get them anywhere like Best Buy, Frys, etc.

 

I'll bring one extra. If you don't get one from someone else, you can use mine.
