Correct me if I am wrong, she just opened her door on your car? or did she back into your car?

Get a written statement from your witness, and pass that, along with the license plate number to your insurance. Usually they will treat it as an uninsured driver claim (no impact on your rates) and then try to get repayment from the other party's insurance. You pay good money for insurance, make them work for you.

Stupid chick! I can't stand people that are so oblivously to the fact that they should be more careful. I'm always nervous when I leave my car parked in parking lots next other cars.

yea i love the ones who fling the doors open. yesterday at starbucks i took great care to park as close to the curb, on the end as i could. low and behold this stupid *** woman pulls in half in my place half in hers (there was plenty of room in her place, but she wanted some of mine too i guess.) and flings her cheap plastic saturn door open (bouncing it against the stop(you know the thing that keeps the door from opening all the way and smashing your car). i almost choked on my hot chocolate when this trifling wh0re did this. i felt like yelling out "hey b1tch, my doors are not plastic like your car, and they're definitly not dent proof, so why dont you pay closer attention when you open your door! that is unless you want to be paying for mine."
