I would suggest a powdercoating instead, it would last longer and hold up to heat better. As for a location, I couldn't tell you any businesses, I have friends that do it.

Two questions?

-Are they 2/3 piece or single piece

-You do realize that no one will be able to paint chrome, right? The chrome needs to be stripped and then it will have to be painted or powdercoated. But if your rims are not 2 or 3 piece, good luck keeping the polished lip

Powdercoating will be definitely better than painting. Paint will easily chip off.
