When: June 26th (Sunday) at 9am leave at 9:30am SHARP

Where: Meet at StarBucks Coffee Shop, 5422 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91367, 818.340.5053

The Brown Pelican, 2981 Cliff Drive, Santa Barbara, 805-687-4550
Santa Barbara Mission, 2201 Laguna Street, Santa Barbara, 805-682-4149

What: The Brown Pelican Restaurant, The Mission and The Cruise

How: Topanga south, right (west) on Mulholand, left (south) on old Topanga, right (south) on Topanga, right (west) on PCH (stay 55 mph or less), right (north) Malibu Canyon Rd -> (north) Las Virgenes Road, 101N/W. (The 101 drive is about 65 miles.) Exit Las Positas, Left on Calle Real, Left on Las Positas Rd, Right on Cliff Drive. After this we will head up to the Mission.

Who: Everyone is welcome.

Ohhh Cmon man its right at the top of this page, but here you go. Hope you make it. 52 Zs and 2weeks to go. If 75% show as skar 718 predicted it will still be huge. I think its time to enter the 21st century and get me a digital camera for this one.

75% ? thats pretty optimistic... the only time i've seen a 90% turnout is at motorsports z-fest ... the 10% being dozer who was sick... lol...
am glad i missed the last one though... the dreaded laurel canyon run...

my god... the list sure has grown. Make sure to bring your FRS radios!!!

BTW, who has been to this run before? I know there are at least 5 besides hfm. I would like for those, who has been to this run to step forward so we can segrate the groups down to a few instead of one. These people will be the designated "leaders" and that way we have a couple of "leaders" that everyone can follow.

It's actually pretty straight forward. We do a few twisties down old Topanga, take PCH until we get to the 101 and take 101 until the exit. That's about it. The trick is to try to keep everyone together. Depending upon time, we could go to the old mission too.

I have Brown Pelican stored on nav and don't mind leading. If someone else wants to take point, that's fine too, I could take the rear to lead any stragglers. But, it should be pretty hard to get lost with such a large group once were on PCH and 101.

I have the route Dan lead us on saved on my navi also... so i can take lead or clean-up as desired... last time using the navi, I could tell every turn Dan was about to take

(even the wrong ones

hehehe)
