If I were you I would take everything on credit right now. Max out all those credit cards cuz we won't have to pay em off!!

only if that were true. but they do back up all that information. Generators are hooked up to the computer system. Not to mention have you heard of a place called iron mountain. major corporations buy storage space there to house important documents just in case of a major catastrophy.

Definitely felt it on my 3rd floor office in Universal City... lasted for ~5-8 seconds.

What up with all the earthquakes up and down the Pacific rim? You guys are right we're do for a big one. Some guy that predicted the Northridge quake says we're gonna have a 6.0+ quake within the next 2 months. Damnnnnnn ...

Downgraded to a 4.9. I felt it pretty good. Been pretty active these seismic events as of late...maybe a big one is coming to loosen some of that tectonic stress building up LOL.

Hahaha...I sleep through anything and everything, and I was sleeping but this quake actually woke me up! I was like wtf? Who the F*** is shaking my bed or in it? Then I went back to sleep and totally forgot there was an earthquake till I saw this post...hahahahah...ROCK ON! (Literally)

Ok you guys are scaring the crap out of with this big one talk. I AM not a native here and earthquakes are my number one phobia. I never felt a quake in New York so this is not normal for me. Damn now I won't be able to sleep comfortable thinking it may shake.

I was on my way to Las Vegas, so I felt nothing (was in the Z on I15 around Barstow at the time)

Actually, all these smaller quakes may relieve pressure on the plates, so the big one may not be close at hand...
