skar718, I moved from the NY/NJ area last year and this week were my first two... a bit surprising at first but then it's over and no big deal... but think of it this way, no snow, no Nor'easters, no hurricanes, no humidity, a 5 second earthquake is a small price to pay.
Tell you what I dont miss is that damn humidity yuck
