I'm in LongBeach & was just here @ home checking the forum,my dog was just right next to me and then started barking just a few seconds before it happened,he normally barks if someones outside my door & saw my pc screen started swaying..I'm like half mile away from the ocean..Guess i have to get ready to grab my board if tsunami comes,It'll be an experience..

LOL....a co-worker of mine and I were joking about that right afterwards. We were on the Cal-Tech website and saw something about "Velocity and Acceleration."

We joking that if we were in front of a Cal-Tech engineer we would fart and say "hey Bob, how fast was that son of a b1tch goin?"

I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up KFC and I was like "Damn my car isn't idling to hot." Then the guy came out the window and was like you just missed and earthquake man. Lasted like 15 seconds here.

My boss is a PhD scientist and we were working on some documentation when this occured and all of a sudden he brings up the jargon. I knew some too cause I was bad a$$ at JC geology.

I rocked pretty good for about 15secs in Irvine. Also heard before this one hit, there was a 2.0 in Newport Beach!

Good!! We need something to tear down all those overpriced shacks and hopefully it can bump off a few of those trust fund snob ****** at the same time.
