Performance Nissan is normally my service stomping grounds and DEFINTELY my performance upgrade home. However I had an emergnecy and had to get my Z to the nearest dealer asap. My choices were Universal Nissan or Miller.

Well I've heard nothing but horror stories from Universal, so off to Miller I went.

Derek, the service manager I dealt with, was awesome. Didn't ignore me, didn't rush me, didn't try to sell me BS service. He just got my car in quick, got it fixed same day and sent me off.

Nice service bay and good people. Well, at least Derek for sure.

P.S. What was wrong? Both my dead pedal and driver's seat came loose at virtually the same time! Loose to the point where I was rocking back and forth a full 3 inches or so and the dead pedal was flopping around!

 

Glad you had a good experience, but their sales team is a piece of shyte. I guess the service is a completely different beast.

I posted a thread about it earlier. I'll remember Derek in case I need something done!

 

Herb at Miller treated me very well. Had a diagnostic check $98 didnt find the problem so they didnt charge me! Didnt pay for a service I didnt need! The mechanic even gave me a tip as to what the problem may be!

 

See my other thread. Miller can suck my ****.....now.

I have updated my experience there. Only ONE guy there was worth a damn. The rest can let monkeys sh-- down their throats.
