some z guy claimed 650whp built engine. it was copper w/ gold sf-winnings. can anyone vouch? and is anyone down to race for big $$$ at these meets? i want to loose money w/ my supra...( )

Which Supra did you get?

 

1994 Supra Non-Turbo Targa, on its death bed @ 170k miles. Still runs, but defintely needs some work if I want to take it to Buttonwillow.

Needs:

Engine Rebuild (I plan to tear it down sometime in September)
Motor Mounts
Master Cylinder
Stainless Steel Brake Lines (What fond memories with my Z)
Clutch
New Engine Fan w/shroud
New Intake (the one in it now isn't CARB legal)
02 Sensors
Cats

There are more things I want to replace while the engine is out, but I'll find out the condition as I go along.

 

Will your supra decimate all with about 10 grand in overnight parts from japan?

If you're looking for a big money race, make sure you do at least two long burnouts when you come in/exit the parking lot. That will get the big dogs attention. Make sure to blow off a bunch too.

We race, but not for money ... there are a few races here and there but this is not a 2F2F crowd that you might be looking for ... I guess you'll have to get that all in NFS:U or something.
