Default good bye tranny

Well after taking my car in for it's 3 oil change, I notice some noise coming from my transmission ...I tooled the guy at the dealer ship that when ever its not in gear there is a grinding noise, after they took the car for a test drive he tooled me that I need a new tranny..my car is a 03 and has 10k. I was surprised that the tyranny is going out so soon , but at the end I got a 06 tranny and a new clutch and fly wheel installed for free(the tranny that is) I had to pay for the Nismo clutch and fly wheel...
