IDRC FINALS at LACR Recap
I got out there Friday eve to do some practice runs, finally passed tech with the 60 mm Nismo Studs and ran a few 12.4's which is a new personal best on DR's (remember LACR is 2700 base elevation)
Saturday there was another Z with a 125 shot running 13.2 but he didn't show up for the eliminations
well, I qualified 3rd at 12.43, first was a 72 celica running 11.4 and 2nd was a talon running 12.18.
Today for the final qualifying two turboed supras showed up with both running well over 500 hp. They qualified 5th and 6th though because they couldn't launch right.
the Celica broke and the talon didn't show putting me in the number 1 spot.
I beat a 92 Supra in the first round but unfortunately the high powered Supras figured out how to launch during practice runs after first round. So I lost the semi finals my 12.6 against the Supras 11.9 and he then beat the other Supra.
It was a fun experience but damn I was soooo close to actualy win.

Congrats it seem that every time you post your times you get closer to the 11's, and it looks like your not that far from doing so. Besides, it is a high elevation so I don't doubt that your capable of doing 11's.
