this is good advice. i am always dealing with ric and he seems to keep pushing me to do service i don't need. plus i came in with a coupon for a $21 oil change but i still came in with own oil (so i figure labor is only $10)...he still charged me $21. he was going to overcharge me for some parts to be installed as well, when i called jason i got the correct price.not knocking on performance...i love it there and travel 30 miles just to get service done...but i admit he's not the most gracious service guy i know. i have also witnessed some customers who were displeased at him as well.
