In a way this kid is lucky. Rick Dogg is alot more understanding than people I hang with would have been. Kim would have had the a$$ beating of his life by now... and I don't mean the "I have a black eye or bloody nose" brand of beating. I mean a certified, put your a$$ in the hospital for a couple weeks kind of whooping.

Tellin you all that Uncle Sam does not take financial irresponsibility seriously... In the Air Force, my buddy got his security clearence taken away due to situations pertaining to $$$$.

Not a problem, I sugest you file a police report/statement just incase he does not pay. It would make my process a little easier. Once the report is accomplished, let me know and I'll have you fax it to me.

I get the feeling this punk isn't going to pay you squat unless it is forcefully extracted by court order or by garnishment or by a fist in his mouth.
