Okay, I posted this on another forum too. We are going to meet at the Bull Dog lounge on Main Street in Huntington Beach on Saturday, March 4th. I think around 7:30 pm. The bar owner is an NSX guy, so I don't think he'll mind a bunch of Z heads hanging around. Plenty of good food and restaruants within walking distance.

Anyone up for it?

 

I am up for it. Just move to H.B. and would appriciate the company.

duuude im down but bulldog? That place is a shi# hole and their hookas suck. Their overpriced and they taste like ***. Their heads are way small so the tobacco dies out fast. Im still down to meet up but id suggest going to a hooka bar in anaheim instead. Your call though Drankool since your putting this meet together. Count me in and ill try to bring a buddy or 2.

 

I might be down at UCI that weekend so ill stop by.

 

I'm in. I love Bulldog Lounge, besides, its less than a mile from where I will be staying.

its on PCH and Main where the pier with the RUBY'S restaurant is. You cant miss it cause on that street is Sharkees, Jack's surf shop and a bunch of clubs and bars.

 

Actually its a little farther up than all of that stuff and its pretty easy to miss since their only sign is a sticker on the window. Anyways. Its right nextdoor to Jax Bicycle Shop and across the street from The Electric Chair clothing store.

 

The good thing about main street is even if we want to change up the scene we just have to walk next door : )

I will be at California Speedway until around 5:00pm and then its probably an hour or two drive back to HB. Then I have to shower/change, etc...Good thing I will be staying less than a mile away.

 

I hope you all realize that while Bulldogs is the coolest hookah bar in LA imo, there is very limited space. On a saturday night, the locals will be there en masse and i gurantee you that you will be waiting over an hour to get a seat unless you get there before 6PM. Trust me, im there every weekend and the wait is very long after 8pm or so. Its better to go during the week as it can be quite open.

 

+1, but Vance (the owner) is a car guy and he is already aware that we will be there. So hopefully he reserves a spot for us. Maybe the "VIP Lounge".

 

Sorry to burst your bubble, despite Vance's car enthusiasm, he doesnt reserve spots whatsoever. Good luck finding a spot. . .

 

Well damn him. I can never find a spot there, no matter what time a day. Looks like I am showing up on a beach cruiser lol.
