Default Is Sube Sports the only place to buy a auto racing gear in SoCal?

Other than online stores, Sube Sports seems to be the only place mentioned that i've found in these forums. I'll probably end up going down there but I was wondering if there were any others? I went to del amo motorsports in south bay area, but they're pretty much a M/C and off-road shop. No auto specific stuff there.

Does SuperAutobacs sell racing gear like helmets? I see they have seats but no mention of helmets on their web site.

Thanks for the info and it was good meeting a bunch of you at the performance meet today

I found a few small shops but it's usually very honda specific.

In terms of helmets I got mine at a motorcycle shop, they have lots to choose from

but yes, 98% of all my racing needs I have to get online...good part about that is that you don't need to pay taxes

thanks daytona350z, if they're open on saturday i'll check 'em out. I also learned of another place:

http://www.thebellstore.com

They primarily do mail order, but durring the week they are open to the public so you can go down there and try on any helmets before you buy. They are located in Santa Ana but are only open M-F 10-5.

Prices seem decent there as well.
