Whassup all..

I was toying around this idea with a few buddies from So-cal..wouldnt it be cool if we could do like a Nor-Cal meets So-Cal meet somewhere halfway like Fresno?

That would be sick as hell. Not sure how to coordinate this...but is the interest there for maybe end of may or maybe june/july even? Weather would be great, great photo op.

Would be a great way for us Nor Cal Z's to see some new Z's and vice versa...show ya guys how we do it up north LOL...

Thoughts?

i had one with the euro cars when i had my a6. socaleuro.com. we had the meet in santa barbara. it was like 1000 cars. im down to have one.

 

HEHE, reminds me of the civic days. We always had a North Meets South and the turnout was awesome! We would rent a park and BBQ. Good idea!

 

Would you guys be up for a Hearst Castle Meet? There was one a couple of years ago, and I can see if Dave (whatever) can help organize the Norcal crew.

 

I rememnber I did one of those with the Group Z guys and while back. I miss the old meets we use to have and also the meets Callmeaflirt and Kash use to organize but it seems like the old Socal guys are gone now. I also talked to Failsafe about a possible meet so maybe I can talk to him about it and get this going I could imagine the turnout if we plan this correctly.

I think the south is scared of meeting the north... if you recall, the North won the civil war.

LOL anyways hearst castle is pretty cool, we should definitely meet up there. However beware of all the minivans and SUVs in the parking lot with the parents and their kids

BTW even just off the top of my head I'd for sure lke to meet:

BhashaZ (amit), DJK, B Unit (hahaha you h4x0r b33ch), status (rick), rickdogg, desiZ (warren) , wired 24/7..

not to mention SO Many more folks. We have a LOT of cool peeps up north, will be nice to meet you fools in person too. Putting a face behind the SN is always nice.

Of course I'm sure me and alex (bubble) will be DB pimping in FULL effect.

I would definitely be down for this. I reccomend meeting on the coast, Fresno is wicked lame. Santa Barbara maybe too far for norcalers though, The Castle sounds good to me, and it will be a great cruise/carravan from either direction. So when is this? Please dont make it between 5/19 and 6/4 as I will be on the east coast during that time.

Alright mang, let's get a thread up in OT for NorCal/SoCal at Hearst Castle. Let's set it for late June, though. I have my reasons.

Yeah, as others have mentioned, Hearst Castle would probably be ideal since it's just about 1/2 in between (of course, it's probably SLIGHTLY closer to you guys ). Anyways, yeah, let's definately do this. Late June or early July may be the best, since some people may still have finals early/mid June and others may be starting summer school. Me personally I'm down for whatenever, as long as its the weekend.
