Like to find good Vietnamese "coffee houses" (or similar establishments) for small gtg's. Preferably around the OC area but will travel.

From my weekly gtg on the Audi forum, I've been to only DV2 but would like to explore other spots.

Maybe Brian can chime in, as I heard he was an expert in this field.

 

theres cafe vivid, its in the same plaza where the club friction is at on fridays. major crossstreets are euclid and westminster in garden grove.

 

there's a bunch right in the westminster area as mentioned above...lots of fun to go to and hang out and relax!!

 

plus watching and drooling on the hot waitresses with DD boobies.

 

haha ive only been to 2 of them. some girls are hot. rest of them have 35 triple K *****, but screwed up teeth. watch out! =)

 

Sorry, I don't like to get shot by asian gangsters. I'll stick to Starbucks or Lee Sandwiches for coffee

The place is call Di Vang i think.. its off Euclid St.. But go in a group lol.. becareful there cause there's gangs that hang out there...

You will be fine in Little Siagon, as the post above said - Just hang with the
Asian 350Z guys. We have too many PHO shops and coffee houses. There are
several with up to date and classy style interiors. Very good service and beats StarBuck's by a mile. For PHO - just order PHO Tai Chin or PHO Chin Nam. Later you can get more interesting PHO with Tripe (Think Menudo) if you have a hangover.

A combo of all the flavors is usually number 1 on the PHO menu.

Only been to DV2 but there is way too much smoking going on and makes the experience less than pleasant. The girls though are a different story, good pickens when I was there. I'll be down if someone else would like to go.

 

DV3 is also pretty good or Miss Saigon on Westminster and Edinger...... it 's a crap shot sometimes, but go around 4 pm b.c shift change is at about 5pm so you get to see both shift for the price of 1 coffee....

 

Haha, I knew it was only a matter of time before someone post a thread like this. Although I don't know much about modding cars, but I do know coffeeshops, or as we Vietnamese people like to call it, "cafe".

The best one by far is DV2, as already stated by others. Good looking girls, but after 3pm which is the night shift girls. And they wear bikinis or lingerie. This is around Euclid and Westminster.

On the other side of that plaza is Vivid. My second favorite. Good looking girls, but no bikinis.

Then there's BC, which is on Harbor and Westminster. The girls were alright the last time I was there and they also wear bikinis. Things may have changed since its been awhile since I last went.

And my last recommendation is La Me which is on Brookhurst and Westminster. It is on the opposite side of the street from DV3, for those who know where that is. There are a lot more gangsters here than the others listed. There are a shiit load of these places, but I only recommend the ones listed since they have the best looking girls and the set-up of the places are decent. There are gangsters everywhere but they don't mess with you if you don't you mess with them. Just don't be acting a fool. I don't know about having meets at these places since you don't want to be attracting too much attention and the limited availability of parking. There have been bike crews that meet at these places with no problems. Lemme know if anyone needs a tour guide.
