I just got back from my friend's b-day party. I'm really glad a lot of socal guys made it all the way to hearst. Sorry I couldn't be there.

I *have* been there 3x already, so it was no big deal for me to miss out on the tours, but I'm disappointed I didn't get to meet any of the norcal guys.

Tony,

I'm rolling with 4 OEM wheels. The Volks have been out of commission for about 2 months now.

I've already asked Ed and Dan for tire deals. I'll check on Status and F1 motorsports. Anybody else?

My 5K miles old 275/35/19 Toyo T1S is gone w/ a nail by the side wall. Now I want to replace the rear w/ 2 285/35/19 or all four tires (245/35/19 front) if I can a deal on another brand.

Dan: thanks for the lead on the drive back although I was sort of stressing out because I can't get another ticket w/o getting a point. I had a feeling you were pacing me too despite running hard in my tired perspective.

Now Im going to sleep after logging 555+ miles today. It was fun thanks to the organizer(s). zzzZzzzzzz

No problema, Eric. We made good time. Normally, I'd have driven slower but, I was tired and wanted to get back asap.

Good to see everyone there!

Rommel you should have made the run. Now that I spend my weekends in Palm Desert I could have caravaned with you from Beaumont...

Good to meet more new and old faces again, it's been awhile since I been to a meet/cruise/gtg. I went with a pack of Z's including Iris in her Cayman, around SB I turned around and meet up again with the Performance team inc Brian and took 154 (nice canyon run if there wasn't so many slow cars). Anyways, too bad I couldn't make it up to Hearst. Next time. I had a lot of fun.
