Ok...best bet is to purchase an SA2005 helmet...this is if your planning on taking your car to a race track for HPDE or classes or what not. An "M" or motorcycle helmet WILL NOT PASS isnpection.

The SA helmets are specificaly designed for cars (nomex liner, rollbar crash test and etc.). SA2000 are being phased out hence cheaper prices, but will be useless at most tracks considering they have "expired". I got mine at www.saferacer.com

You can either cheap out and try buy a motorcycle, walmart, SA2000 helmet only to be forced to buy an SA2005 helemet or just do it right the first time.

i bought a pretty decent one at one of those driftday events things dunno if they still sell em..

i remember www.projectnissan.com had a package iono if its still available but they sold them for really cheap
