around fullerton area.. anybody get caught on the traffic around 1:30pm?
I think it was a red sedan with 4 young black kids in it. I dunno what happen. they speed up to the right of me and they slammed on the brakes all of a sudden.. there wasn't a car in front of them. Their car spun out about 3 times (I thought they were gonna bash into me for sure). I swerved in the car carpool lane (thanks gawd) and avoided a collison. Luckily they didn't collide with any cars and the car ended up nose facing the traffic.
