Clutch in, downshift, clutch out. While braking.

When the clutch is in, blip/tap the gas pedal quickly to get the tach up to where it was when you shifted and then release the clutch (REV Matching) this will provide a smoother gear transission and is better for the car and performance. It will take a couple trys to get used to but it will become very natural quite quickly. Once you do that then you are ready for Heel Toe, wich is basically the same thing but while you are applying the brake you twist your heel over and blip the gas while your toe is on the brake. Enjoy.
