Default OC Nissan Dealers

Hey, I'm a soon-to-be owner of a Z. And I've read plenty of threads about ****ty dealer experiences and how if something messes up even if it's covered under warranty they will try to milk you for your $$ and still do a poor job on it.

So I was just wondering if I could get some feedback regarding some of the more reputable, customer-loving dealerships, as well as some of the poorly managed dealerships so I know where to stay away from since I've already had a bad experience with a dealership.

Oh yeah, just in case haha I was wondering about the Orange County area and it's sub-regions, if better service is 10 miles farther, I'll make that trip.

to me...the only place that has great service is cerritos nissan.. they give me no problem with warranty issues.. I've had my block and tranny changed from they and they are pretty fast..but I only deal with one advisor(oscar)..and as long as they have all of your service records you should be fine...

Yeah I was probably going to go there to get the Z. Do they have good pricing and are they easy to deal with?

Got my Z from Mark in Internet sales at Cerritos Nissan - $200 below invoice. Had no trade and my own financing. The sale price was easy to negotiate but the finance manager still tried to screw me. Be careful what you sign.
They are a dealer...Still it was better than Tustin Nissan, who would not look for the car I wanted "too busy"

Yeah the only excellent...and I mean EXCELLENT dealer in Tustin is freakin' Mazda. Not too fond of their current line up of cars...but dude they're great. Me and my friend got test drives when we were sixteen. The owner was cool with it, great service.

If only they could all be like that haha.

At Cerritos...are there any sales reps to avoid? People that don't know anything/will screw me?

Well, if you ever need a really sick deal on a car, just give me a call! I'm pretty sure we'd get you one of the best deals out there AND our service is outstanding! Not too far of a drive from OC either.

Wow!

They must have overhauled the personnel at Cerritos because veteran board members will remember that they were known as the BIGGEST price gougers in (or near) Orange County-hands down.

I know 2 people who were clearly promised a Z at MSRP when the car first came out and to make a long story short, they ended up walking out on their salesmen because when they were all set to buy the car, they were suddenly told that the car could not be sold for less than 40 grand.

Can you say dishonest CROOKS?

No joke, the guy at Douglas Nissan in HB told me that chicks love the car and that he got his c*** sucked the first night he had it!!! All in all it was a lame experience with them; I went somewhere else.

The "chick magnet pitch" is a surefire sign of a sleazy and cheesy salesman.

Stay away from Douglass Nissan of Orange or HB.

Sleaze!

I was in there for warranty repairs in early '04, and I watched some people going over the final signin, they were reluctant and expressed hesitance to sign. Just then the salesman sprints to his manager whispers something to her, and then she rings some bell. Then 4-5 sales people crowded around the table and put pressure on them to sign.

I wouldn't buy from them.

Haha that's so weird. It's like they gangbang-force them to sign.
