Default anyone skate?

Just wonderin if anyone on this board (socal) skate. I bought a board a while back but had to stop because i didn't really have time for it. I recently found my board in my garage and i've been skating a lot ever since.

Anyone wanna meet up to skate? Im a real poser so maybe you guys can show me the correct foot positioning.

I've got a nice board but haven't used it in a while. Actually, not since college. Once my wife got the "M.D." after her name she won't let me use it. She see's too many injuries and I'm prone to getting hurt so, alas, it gathers dust in the garage. Probably for the best though.

Skating still, albeit more bombing hills than putting hammers down on handrails

Some pretty amazing new concrete parks finally being built over here in Scotland.Almost catching up with Cali
Nothing on Uplands(RIP) or Del Mar(RIP) proportions though.......

Thumbs up Skateboarding is ok.

20 years sk8ing in 2006 for me. Had a shop sponsor in highschool, then slowed down after a pretty destructive ankle injury from a feeble grind. Muscle torn bits of bone off my foot... Then ArtCenter in Pasadena took over my life. But I still skate to work (!) and "practice" maybe everyother weekend if I don't have to be in the studio. I might check out the Torrance skate park since I just moved a few blocks away...

My my-crappy-space has an old-ish pic I think.

what's up bro, few of us can meet at Vans in Orange and can skate the halfpipes! they also have a bunch of ramps and rails for newbies, so it'll be fun. Just don't get intimidated you'll be hooked. Tons of beginners, too.. especially on a sat. I went there for like 3 years.. I missed it.. anyone interested?

In sactown here. Been skating for 7 years.

broke left wrist twice, still hurts...
broke right arm
collar bone
tried to frontside a gap into a parking lot, slipped in oil and broke my assbone. we had a video segment of me in the next 6 months or so falling and yelling "OW MY ASSBONE"
sooo many ankle sprains but only one fracture which is good for a skater
a million ingrow toenails, had left toenail removed

Dumbest injury to date. Was riding down a steep curvy road in the oncoming lane. I was sitting on the front indian style and my buddy was on the back standing holding onto my shoulders. A car came and I put my hand down so we wouldnt fall. SCREEEEEEEEEEECH. Came to a dead stop on 3 of my fingers. Broken, bloody, bones and fingernails. The ***** was, I had to walk back up the hill cause no one would give me a ride. Bleeding the whole way.

You know had wierd sound when you hit a rock. That same sound, but my fingers :-/.

Yeah I still skate now and then here in Sac and at the park in chico. I don't hesh anymore, just flow with the ramps doing stalls and some grabs, no flippies. Hardflips are about as far as I go, getting old.
