smoke out headlights

smoke out headlights
Anyone know where i can go to smoke out my headlights lightly..id say a thin coat of grey coating over it..and would it be illegal?
I dont know about the grey, Its not illegal as long as they can see the lights. But you can do it yourself, Its very easy oryou can get overlays also pretty easy, Just have to take your time.
