I wonder if they practice pulling themselves over for emissions tickets.

Call me crazy, but 2 nights ago at about 7:30pm'ish I was driving up the 405 North through Irvine, when I caught in my rear view mirror a Mustang closing fast. When he got to my rear bumper, he crossed two lanes quickly and exited the freeway. I looked in my passenger mirror and saw that he was a black and white with police markings on his door, but I couldn't tell if it was Highway Patrol or city. Has anyone ever seen this car? I still think that I had some kind of '80's hallucination flashback or something.

It's part of their campaign to get people off the streets and to the tracks. Also to recruit people.
They have the Z and good ole fashioned muscle car.
They have an info stand at the tracks and they are pretty cool.
I wish there were more programs like that.

It's contradictory since it's got a Turbonetics which is not smog legal. I live in that city and I can imagine getting pulled over if I had the kit and insisting that they have it too and getting my *** kicked off camera.
