I believe that is a drug repo and the car is in Monterey CA.

Thats Monetery Park's Police car. There are in fact running a Turbonetics kit. It was the auto test car in fact.

He used to be at Irwindale every thursday running his car and then they had the other one which is the old fashioned muscle car.
Pretty cool guy, i wouldn't race him though because I knew I was running 7's when he only managed 8.3's
They have a race program called El Monte Police: Race the Track not the Street
I wish there were more cops like that

Here is a picture of the WS6 Trans Am the Purdue Police had when i went to school. Funny seeing that thing pull over minivans on roads with 30mph speed limits.
