I've had good experience with Douglas Nissan and Connell. My buddy always takes his Z to Douglas and goes see this Service person, forgot his name, but he is an older "indian" guy.. very nice guy... I think his name is Peter...

good luck!

Purchased and took my car to Douglas in Huntington. I think the service there is subpar. I only go there cause they mail me the coupons. I got a 15,000 mile maintenance last week and they didn't screw the cap beneath my car tightly so there was engine oil spillage in my garage. Took it back and everything is fine. I guess people make mistakes but I was ticked b/c it was an inconvenience.

I'm looking to take it to Nissan of Irvine next time since it's closer but havent heard if they are good or not.

What problem are you having? Fuel guage or the recall?

I've had mixed luck at the Douglass of orange.

They misplaced my car on the lot once. Failed to replace the part with new one (which they claimed they did, was later caught when I took car in AGAIN at performance and they showed me part with factory markings.) I once waitied 5-6 hours for an oil change...

This was like 3 years ago though. So maybe they have changed.

Yes, very nice when you bring your car in for service...but lied to my face and must think that all customers are idiots. He is the only one there who appears to be concerned, but after many trips in, I believe that to be a facade. Beware. Every problem was the "first time that he had ever seen it, and the fix will cost you. The "Platinum" service team at Douglas has lost my business.

Even though I had other problems, Performance Nissan fixed this issue right the first time when I brought my car in for the TSB.

If warranty & need to go to dealership ... I recommend taking it to Power Nissan in Irvine & asking for Martin (Nissan master technician) to work on it or take it to R.S.M. ... Sabina @ service can help you.
