dang...just found out a ver close family friend passed away...sucks when you see a good person go yet the bad people manage to survive... such a shame.

oh and actually, it's called black friday because traditionally it's the first day of the fiscal year that retailers begin turning a profit, going from being "in the red" [negative] to "in the black" hence... black friday. and the sales increase generally comes from large markdowns taken on this day.
