hey Paul, please don't take this as an insult if you already knew this because right now i'm just trying to educate myself on penal codes.
Did you know that any citizen can carry an UNloaded handgun without a CCW AS LONG as it's holstered to their hip. They are allowed to carry 2 loaded magazines cap'd to 10 rounds on the opposite hip of the unloaded firearm AS LONG as these are in plain sight. Meaning not conceiled? Sorry i'm just asking for your input as an LEO because as much as i'd like to exercise my constitutional rights, i don't want LEO's freaking out on me and shooting me. lol
so..just curious if you were aware of this, and how would you react if you saw this?

just got back from buena park. met some cool people and not so cool people. they started throwing down at the bar and cops came and all the bs. overall good times tho i got a marriage proposal from beb's friend lol
