all good i have alot of work to do losing all my chub.. ive been so motivated and boredo utta my mind i do about 300+ crunches on that lil machine thing in sets of 50...

i do the one that looks like a benchpress with two handles that you push half way lying on your back
i know which one your talking about i do that one as well about 60X you sit like your in a robot and pull the handle down and your legs kick up right?
i do 15 sets x 4 times...
im starting to feel a 4 pack underneath my gut its funny
