i would advise against low car diet. sure u lose weight in the short run but if u cut out fruits its gonnna hurt in the long run. plus the 1st time u eat carbs again ure gona put weight back on. just a balanced diet and excercise is the way to go

a balanced diet is proper after you have maintained your diet. Low carb is the right way to go to get your body fat down and to increase your metabolism. But no matter what diet you do the secret is exercise.

did cardio with my dad earlier down my hill towards the 2 freeway in the morning scorching sun went back up the hill then off to the gym did bis back crunches and cardio again
then hella grubbed tuna melt, left over steak, protein shake and filipino instant spagetti (carbs)

unlike atkins, my "low carb" diet will help reduce weight and body fat without compromising muscle mass. of course, if you're trying to bulk up it wouldnt be the diet to be on either. to be honest, this diet has helped discipline myself mentally not so much against carbs, but against unhealthy foods in general. no more shiet like candy or chips and soda.
in the end, i still get my fair share of carbs and fruits and other goodies on the weekend. i just ate a shitload of carbs today.
like bryan says, excercise is everything.

+1 i totally agree just doing what im doing i think twice about what i eat, when i was dating constance it was like tacobell twice a week late night at the least i havent seen yo quiero since then....

exhaust ticket ftl :[. well i got lucky though, the cop pulled me over for speeding but since i already had moving violations he gave me exhaust ticket. he SAID i was going 50 in a 40 btw. ughh. damn san marino cops have nothing better to do, he was just posted up there
