Nah, alot of it is actually vegitable based. You know how with every asian meal, there must be rice? Well with them, with every ethiopian food there must be Injera(sp?) It's like a soft spongy sour dough bread tasting tortilla kinda thing. Eat alot of this(very high in nutriants as it's made with Teff) accompanied by side dishes of mashed vegitable paste stuff. I know it doesn't sound very good but it actually is.

lol, Oddly enough. I'm a huge hot sauce fan that believes hot sauce can be added to almost anything. However, this is one particular food i must say would not taste good with hot sauce. lol
