Did you not notice that damage prior to you leaving the dealership? Tell me you noticed it when you went to pick up your car and informed them of the damage!
Sorry for the damage and headaches that come along with it. :-/

good luck.. i had a dealer scratch my car.. denied doing it.. i looked the car over before the i left the dealership though, even left it there demanding it be fixed, long story short.. its been 4 months now.. and i finally got fed up with dealin with the dealer and NNA, so i filed a complaint with the attorney general
nissan of cerritos doesn't have a service writer?
usually (evrytime in my case) before you drop a car-off or have service done to a car, a service writer looks at your car front to back and inside odometer reading..
nothing like this at noc?
go check your rims too, curb rash is the most common problem if you forgot to have them take a look that
you have nice rims.

Contact the better business bureau...I hate dealers. There isnt a single one that doesn't f*** something up somehow. I definetely wish it was different. I get nervous everytime my baby needs to go in for anything.
