thanx people.. but realy that place sucks performance is better and i live like 5 min away from there ... only reason i went over there is cause the spoiler came along with the car in the deal... and this is what happens..

 

tell them your going to take them to court about this and I'm sure they will fix your shi.t or compensate you for it. Noone wants to go to court that's for sure.

 

whats happenin is that the director of services is ganna look into it and he'll call me but im sure theyre ganna fix it but i hope somthin else doesnt go bad

finaly after a + month long argument with the cerritos dealership they decided to fix my car.... takin her in monday but i am terrified to leave my baby there what else can she come out with... so i just may take it somewere else to fix and make them pay for it ..... i believe i do have a choice

If that had happened to me (assuming I noticed before leaving the dealer's lot) I would tell them if they didn't do anything to make it right, I would call the cops and report vandalism, file a police report, and then sue them for damages.

 

Kinda funny how you missed that dent in the first place. Weren't you there to have a spoiler installed? Did you even check out the spoiler install when you got the car back? If you did, you shouldn't be able to miss that dent on the rear.. hope everything works out for you though...

 

i did check out the spoiler but i was more consentrated on the color but like i said i was in a hurry to go to work and it was dark i noticed it in the morning in day light i sticks out like a sore dumb..
