I agree with all of you, however don't be so quick to judge. Get the VIN, Get the CARFAX, and go LOOK at and DRIVE it. Who knows, it may be a diamond in the rough. $15K is pretty darn cheap for a servicable "Z". Just MO, however.

in order for an insurance company to total a car out the damage has to be over 70% 80% of the cars value. a salvage title means the car was totaled and rebuilt. with that minor damage and u got a salvage title is imposible. 15k is a good starting price i would say.

i think the problem with salvages is coming up with the money for one(unless u fart out benjamins all day), no financial institution like banks etc would finance you on a salvage
