Question San Diego tuners?

Hey all, I'm new to owning a Z and this forum... just wondering if anyone knows of any tuners you can really trust in the San Diego area?

Any help would be appreciated!

What engine Management do you need tuned?

There are a few choices in the area depending on what EMS you have.

I have pretty good relations with a few of the tuners in the San Diego area, let me know.

The two that I know of are VRT and Sam@GTmotorsports. GTmotorsports did mine so I can recommend them.

Theres a few good ones. VRT, Speed Force Racing, GT Motorsports, Danzio Performance. Where is Antioch? For a Unichip I think only GT Motorsports and Danzio have the cables and software to do the tuning.

for the Unichip I would contact Sam at GT Motorsports and see if he can help you out.

They could probably all do it, but for that I would honestly just find a good mechanic that is close to where you live.

30K service is not to hard to do.

I take my car to Jim at MechTech motorsports in Escondido. He has his own dyno, and a lot of experiance with Nissan motors and FI applications. He used to put the VG30DETT motors in dune buggies. He does mostly off road stuff now, but still works on anything you want.

I have taken my last 3 performance FI cars to him over the last 15 years. Hes a good guy.

He is also advertising interval servicing that your looking for. Hes not cheap, but give him a call.
