Iv done a few and had no serious probs with the sealing ---But the next set Im going to use a Urethane Caulk rather than a silicon, and actually the original is more of a Urethane ---It comes in tubes that u use in a caulk gun and the cool thing bout it is ,Its self levelling, where as silicon is not, nother words, it will flow in to all cracks and crevases before it sets. It is UV proof which silicon is not and it sets up like rubber. It is used to repair ,among other things ,cracks in Driveways cuz it expands and contracts and lasts forever

I use a little over 200 preheated for 8-10 minutes ,with the lite sitting on a soaked to the bone piece of cardboard. Strip EVERYTHING off before hand--Ballasts ,wires,bulbs,rubber breather

Somebody wrote a how-to on this over at 350z tech. Looks sharp!

Edit: links don't work? I'll have to check the forum rules...maybe I'm too new.
