Default Just got done With My Headlights...and WOW!!

hey guys.......just got done bakeing my headlights.."HOT and FRESH out the oven"...i think i did a pretty good job...it was my first time soo go easy on me lol...

Looks pretty sweet - are there aftermarket lights out there worth buying thatlook the same way that are not going to leak ?

thanks guys..and yeah hope they dont fog up or have any leaks yeah Joey47 i wouldnt mind doing ur lights...but tell u da truth...i wouldnt know how much to charge u ..lol dont get me wrong...it wasn't easy..but i had fun doing them...learning something new everyday

Looks good but what i am thinking didn't it kill your HID...let me know?

looks good, and i doubt it'll hurt the hid, i did this on my sti before, baked, pulled apart, painted, resealed.... the ballast and all was in the oven, and no problem.

GOOD GOD !!!!!! U lucked out ---Dont put ur Ballast in the oven !!! Ballasts are solid State and "potted" meaning that all the internal components are assembled then a low melting point material is poured in. It sets up and encases the Elec. Components. It can melt exposing the components and lessening the life of the ballast.

^^ He painted most of his HID's black. Benifit = Sweet. A map can be drawn if you're still lost.

lol when you get the ***** to do yours lol plz teach me the secret you did to do it. I SOOOOOOO want to do this but the thought of it not sealing correctly again really isnt comforting. Looks soo soo good though thats for sure.
