Judging by past events, only 1/2 the people will show up..... organized... hummm.. we have a plan layed out but if 80 car do show, it will be tight but we will make it work.

I was gonna make up some paper flyers with the date, time, location ECT....
but after reading and seeing how many people are gonna show it should at least be more formal and i appealing, dont you guys think? So can someone here with there artistic and creative minds whip something up so i can distribute to all the Z er's and G er's out here in the desert, i am not that creative. Thanks

Hey Wraith.. yes our caravan will be in redlands right of the 10 freeway. Ya might want to contact JAMES840a, he will be able to give you more info about times and everything. I do know its at the new Starbucks off the Alabama St exit.

 

I'm really excited for the event we need more of these in so cal to keep them kids off that crack...haha. Yeah i defiantly wanna join the caravan I'm right around Ontario. Where are all the Inland Empire People meeting up? If you guys want i can pass the invite over to Empire Z have all those Z's show up as well? Let me know..and i know a little bit of photo chop shop...how dose this work...heres a little sample i made after reading the previous thread...

Changes, likes dislikes, criticism, let me know whats up i still got the image in photo shop so changes shouldn't be a problem. Or unless if you guys were thinking something totally different thats cool too. Either way keep me posted.

Is that address the Location of the meet? Should i use the contact info provided on the last thread in the flyer? Dose the 909 caravan have an official location yet? Who is the point of contact for 909? Let me know what info you want on the flyer the do's & don'ts misc. etc. etc.

 

i would get permission from jeff before using their info on a flyer. i was thinking this was just a general flyer, not a specific caravan one. i guess you can make a couple different versions? i think there's going to be an 818 caravan too.

 

Well it wasnt intended to be specific caravan one..but i mean we can always make things more complicated hahaha =P I mean if the other people that want to carovan post a pik or a link of the map like you did..then i can just crop the map onto the flyer. So who ever is setting up a caravan in there area code post specfics and i'll keep the basic format the same, just make a couple differnt versions and post them here...how dose that sound?
