ok ive got a canyon run in mind, we can take angeles crest/2 up all the way to soledad canyon, go west on that and hit little tujuna and come all the way back down onto osborne, near the hansen dam area. how's this sound to people?

I am VERY familiar with the local canyons as I live just a few miles from West Covina. I would say that Mt. Baldy is the closest and mose fun, I mean scenic for the local sheriff reading this. There is also the possibiliy of running up to Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear. Or running up 18 to Lake Arrowhead and then down 30 from Big Bear. Now that would be a kick.

Organization is easy...get in your car and follow the 350Z in front of you. If you need a point man...I'll do it if the B & C (ball & chain) won't take half my stuff or give me a world of crap.

If we go Baldy, I know the guy in "The mountain car" for San Bernadino County Sheriff's Dept. I'm sure you won't mind taking a 10-100 or 10-200 that will coinside with our run...I mean casual drive through nature.

 

By the way, have we settled on a time to be there?

Just went by the dealership today...great looking store. Not too sure where the hell we will all fit. the number of cars signed up to show right now will fill the entire front lot + some. the store can be seen from the freeway and is right off the Citrus exit off the 10 fwy.

Nice Nismo version 350Z in SS out front. For you tuners, the 76 station that is less than 400 yrds to the south from the dealership has 100 octane on tap for only (gulp) $6.95 a gallon!

So 8-9 AM is the arrival window...I bet cars are there at 7:00 to fit in the lot.
