Closest caravan to Laguna, that I know of, is the one heading out from SuperAutoBachs in Stanton, on Beach Blvd, 2 blocks north of the 22. Meet at 6:45, leave at 7:00 and hopefully hook up with the S.Bay caravan that is coming across on the 91. I think there are 8 people signed up and 6 or 7 on the S. Bay one.

ok here are a couple choices:
1-glendora mountain road to glendora ridge road to mt baldy road and back down to the city
2-210w to highway 2n/angeles crest highway, then hit upper big tujunga off the crest on the left side.... that's a pretty smooth road, nice wide curves..pretty damn fun last time we were on it [even though we were trying to avoid police activity...heheheh] then from upper big tujunga we'd hit angeles forest highway, head south on that and then, for a change of pace, get on big tujunga road, all the way back down to the city, where we'll end up in tujunga.

i rather like the second choice, even though it involves a bit of freeway driving in the beginning. i know those roads pretty well, conditions are good most of the time and the highway 2/angeles crest/angeles forest portions are wide and comfortable for a big group of cars.

I'd say 2 also, GMR is too narrow if even 1/3 of the people joined the cruise/run

Hmm, does anybody know around what time the meet will come to an end? I have church at 11 that I don't want to miss. I'm free for the morning until then. Maybe I can make the breakfast but not the cruise...

well when i hit gmr i come in off the 210 onto asuza canyon road and take it to the bridge and up gmr i go. we could even take baldy ridge to baldy village and hop on the freeway from there.

it'd be a nice cruise but its only one lane and gmr is pretty tight... not sure how well it will work with 80+ z's... but i know that route pretty well.
