Took my money in early December and said he would ship the covers to me 4 times, apologizing for the delay each time. He never sent them and won't respond to email or voice mails.

 

wow that sucks. seemed cool to me but i guess its was cause im local.

 

Ya, I hate being ripped off. He's in for some surprises though. I don't take it lying down. It's not the money at this point. In fact I'll be spending more money to bring that a$$wipe down. So far he can count on calls from the Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization, and the IRS. I'll also file a small claims action here in Washington, then nail his credit. And that's just to start.

Edit:

Oh, and in case you're wondering, his incorporation license from the state is suspended, so he's just a proprietor now with none of the protection an incorporation provides, so the ding will go against his credit.
