I just got mailed to me a parking ticket violation under section 40202 (d) stating that I was parked in a red and that before the officer could put the citation on my car, I drove away. Okay first off, I was never at the stated location at the stated time...ever! I don't even know where that is? Second of all, yes the license plate number is correct, as well as the owner and all, but I do not drive a black car! Now I think that is completely bogus that they are allowed to cite you like that. I think they should take pictures of the car parked in violation to the law! I was never there, nor did anyone take my car there! WTF!!! Time to call tomorrow and raise hell! Stupid and ignorant people! Especially its the fact that its a peace officer that is being ignorant! I don't have time to deal with false accusations! Has this ever happened to anyone? I mean I was never there at that time nor have I ever been near that place in my life time! I want compensation for the headache this is giving me! Time to add one more thing to the "to do list" because of someones stupidity! ARGH! I'm pissed!

 

It's the end of the month and year. They must be hurtin trying to make their quota. Sorry to hear that you have to deal with these fcuktards.

 

whoa...wth is up with that. u know my friend got something like that happening to him before. the ticket was dismissed because they got the color of his car wrong supposedly. thats what he told me. he was like...how are u going ot mistaken a red car and write silver. i mean...do u not know ur colors. so yea...its just going to be a waste of ur time basically for this to end.

On top of that, I was at home during that time, and I don't even know where that place is lol! I google'd it and did the satellite photo and its at some intersection. WTF!

 

just go to court for it and it should get dismissed.

btw, our audio department is lagging pretty hard.. not sure what the hell they're doing. sorry for a runaround.. let you know as soon as they wake up.

 

any info on a ticket that is incorrect, will be dismissed. I had a few of this before. One were the officer put 2 numbers of my license where n the wrong location and the other he put the wrong state for a plate (ie he used Ca instead of Ohio). I was in court for less than 30 min. the 3rd one was just because the judge couldn't read my last name.

 

quota's are illegal in CA. when the cops are at the station they converse on how many tickets each of them have written, if they r all even then all is well but if one of them is far below everybody else then watch out for that guy...he will write u a ticket. just wanted to inform u with the truth....u wouldnt want to be ignorant

yeah, its true....stepdad is a LT in huntington park so when i was over there i asked one of the patrol officers about quotas, said that its illegal but he explained how they work everything out without using quotas. i believe him bc hes a good friend and a badass...got pulled over for doing 150 in a viper...by a motorcycle. but if u ever fly by a chp doing around 170, he'll flick his lights on just to c if u will brake, stay on the gas and he'll flick them off, drive about 2 miles and get off.

 

Awesome! Just noticed that not only is the car color wrong, but there is no vin#, and they have the year wrong! Yay for stupid police! FTMFW!
